***Closed*** OPI Katy Perry Collection Giveaway ***Closed***

I know some of you are having a difficult time locating these polishes so I thought I would give a set away. Unfortunately there can only be 1 winner. The rules are simple and I even learned how to upload a form today :)

Here are the rules:
1. Required - You must be a follower (1 entry)
2. Optional - Blog Post or Post on Your Sidebar (1 entry)

This giveaway is open Internationally and will close February 25th at 5pm US Central Time. The winner will have 24 hours to reply/accept their prize. The winner will be selected using random.org.
