OPI New York Fashion Week 2013 Inspired Nails - How to Half Moon Ruffian

I'm not in New York this week but that's not stopping me participating in fashion week! This week's mani was inspired by nails created for Jenni Kayne's premier in New York Fashion Week 2013.

OPI joined California designer Jenni Kayne at her eponymous presentation this morning, where models were manicured with the neutral hue Don't Pretzel My Buttons, paired with a striking white moon created using Alpine Snow. The final nail design added a super chic look to the clean lines and white fabrics of Jenni Kayne's sophisticated yet relaxed Spring 2014 line.

I wasn't sure how this would look on me because the colors are so neutral, but I think it worked!  I used OPI Don't Pretzel My Buttons and Wet N Wild White as the base color.

I really love how this turned out. It's perfect for work, edgy without being over the top.  It's a nice way to add a little fun to your work day.

I hope you enjoyed this mani. Thanks for stopping by :)
